TPM Crew Technician Job Description

The TPM Crew Technician will perform preventive maintenance on equipment, focusing primarily on simple tasks such as fluid and filter changes, and assisting the Maintenance team. The role involves working a weekend schedule from Friday to Monday, 6AM to 4:30PM.

• Perform lubrication and filter changes on machines.
• Conduct key cleaning and basic preventive maintenance repairs on equipment.
• Assist the Maintenance team with various tasks.

• Mechanical skills
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude, such as experience with automotive repair, HVAC, or mechanical assembly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Durham, NC.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
