Senior Associate General Counsel — Hybrid Nonprofit

A prestigious educational institution in North Carolina is looking for two experienced attorneys to join their Office of Counsel. These roles will support a variety of corporate and transactional activities, working closely with diverse teams to provide strategic legal advice. Ideal candidates will have a JD and 7-10 years of experience in transactional law, capable of draft and negotiate contracts, and provide expertise on corporate governance.
