This position is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. Financial relocation assistance is provided.

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets, focusing on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You will help win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, and forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
