Senior Technology Leader​/Senior Technical Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Technology Leader/Senior Technical Architect for a Contract with a client in Durham, NC (Hybrid). You will lead complex technology integrations and cloud transformation initiatives across large‑scale enterprise environments.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Lead end‑to‑end technology integrations and cloud migration initiatives across complex AWS environments.
• Oversee security and compliance reviews, evaluating controls, identifying gaps, and driving remediation aligned with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Direct identity, email, and document‑storage migration programs across platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and enterprise identity systems.
• Act as the technical owner by defining integration strategies, shaping execution plans, and leading hands‑on delivery to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with CTO leadership and cross‑functional integration teams to deliver secure, scalable changes at pace.
• Prepare and present metrics, risks, compliance status, and integration progress to senior stakeholders across dual operating environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in technical architecture, cloud engineering, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Extensive hands‑on experience leading complex AWS cloud migrations and integrations across identity, email, applications, and storage platforms.
• Strong expertise in security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) with proven ability to lead audits, assess controls, and drive remediation actions.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
