accel bi corporation is seeking a skilled Child Welfare Readiness Liaison to support a large-scale statewide public sector system implementation initiative. This is a full-time W2 employment opportunity with accel bi corporation.

This role is ideal for professionals with Child Welfare policy expertise, experience supporting enterprise system implementations, and strong change management skills in dynamic, field-based settings.

• Support readiness and implementation efforts for Child Welfare system initiatives
• Facilitate meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Partner with state and county teams to address system concerns and troubleshoot issues
• Interpret policy and guide county users on system functionality
• Analyze data and support strategic problem-solving efforts
• Travel extensively (up to 80–90%) across North Carolina, including occasional evenings/weekends

• Strong knowledge of NC Child Welfare programs and policy
• Proficiency navigating NC FAST and supporting system users
• Experience interpreting rules, procedures, and program requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience working with county departments of social services

Important:
This position requires extensive statewide travel (up to 80–90%). Travel expenses are reimbursed per state guidelines.
