We're looking for a Tier II Support Technician to provide both software and hardware support (moderate to complex issues). You’ll help users remotely (via phone, email, chat, or remote tools) and occasionally provide in-person support.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues using documented procedures.
- Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra , Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
- Log all support requests and updates in the ticketing system (Service Now).
- Provide remote access support and perform account access tasks.
- Assist with PC setup for new hires and offer training as needed.
- Follow standard procedures and elevate as necessary.
- Work somewhat independently under guidance from senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
