Systems Analyst, Technical Support
Akkodis is seeking a People Soft Technical Support Analyst for a Contract assignment with a client in Durham, NC (100% Onsite). The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 production support, customization, and technical enhancements across People Soft 9.1/9.2 FSCM, specifically focusing on Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, etc.
Rate Range$60/hour to $71/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
People Soft Technical Support AnalystJob Responsibilities Application Support (L2/L3)
- Provide L2/L3 production support for People Soft 9.1/9.2 Procurement, Inventory & Manufacturing,
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
- Support daily business operations, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Design, develop, enhance, and document customizations using People Tools.
- Develop technical solutions including Application Engine programs, People Code, Component Interfaces, and SQR reporting.
- Oversee development cycles, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and defect remediation.
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience supporting People Soft 9.1/9.2 applications.
- Strong functional understanding of Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting modules.
- Expertise in People Tools:
Application Engine, People Code, Component Interface, SQR. - Proven experience working directly with business teams for requirements, issue analysis, and resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in onsite/offshore coordination and handoff processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay Details$60.00 to $71.00 per hour.
