Key Responsibilities Model and document operations processes to identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to address issues and communicate solutions Develop custom optimization algorithms and metrics to enhance operations and logistics
Required Qualifications BS/MS/PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience 3+ years of experience as an operations researcher or in a similar role Experience in developing and maintaining end-to-end operations research processes, including data modeling and algorithm development Strong proficiency in Python and C++ for implementing optimization models Proficiency in SQL and data processing, with experience in data visualization tools a plus
