With a solid understanding of how internet applications work, you’re enthusiastic about computer networking, IT, and computer science—and excited to grow your career in a dynamic, supportive team.
- Develop deep technical knowledge in a Cisco product or technology
- Research customer issues and deliver technical solutions
- Craft technical documents to build Cisco's intellectual property and knowledge base
- Automate the process of finding and fixing common problems in Cisco’s products
- 0–3 years of relevant experience, recent graduates, and those in their final year of a technical degree or certification program—including programs from technical boot camps, apprenticeships, community colleges, or 4-year universities—in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, as well as those holding equivalent academic certifications.
- Basic computer networking fundamentals relating to IP addressing, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI model.
- Proficient in Python, REST APIs, Automation.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship.
- Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCENT, CCNA, CCNP).
