'- Maintain and update sales databases and dashboards (in IBM Sales Cloud powered by Salesforce)
- Support the sales team and help influence strategy by analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations based on insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by managing data hygiene, identifying errors or anomalies, and addressing with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve.
- Collaborate with sales, finance and business controls teams to gather requirements and support reporting needs.
- Create and manage internal operations metrics dashboards (cycle time, cost, etc)
- Help enable internal reporting consistency by working with finance (CFOs office) and sales to centralize data in and internal platform leveraged across IBM (Enterprise Performance Management)
- Assist in the development and automation of reports and metrics for business performance tracking.
- Document data management processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc data analysis and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Support audits and internal reviews by providing timely and accurate data.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in operations support, data management or similar role.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a data‑driven environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong proficiency in with data management and project managements tools
Preferred technical and professional experienceBasic understanding of data governance, compliance, and business controls.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages is a plus but not required.
