Position: Junior Lab Engineer
Location: RTP, NC (On-site)
Full-time, Contract with Benefits and Opportunity for Advancement
What You'll Do- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment in global labs
- Work closely with senior engineers on real customer cases
- Set up routers, switches, VLANs, and network segments
- Use IXIA, Spirent, VMware, Catalyst, Nexus, XR products
- Troubleshoot Layer 1 & 2 networking issues
- Foundational networking knowledge (topologies, troubleshooting, VLANs)
- Hands-on experience with Packet Tracer & CLI
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- A motivated, self-starter who loves technology and learning
- Ability to work in a data center environment (lifting up to 50 lbs, ladder work)
- Gain hands-on experience working in state-of-the-art global labs
- Work on real-world network setups supporting enterprise clients
- Get exposure to Cisco technologies, routers, switches, and virtualization
