Position: Junior Lab Engineer

Location: RTP, NC (On-site)

Full-time, Contract with Benefits and Opportunity for Advancement

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment in global labs
• Work closely with senior engineers on real customer cases
• Set up routers, switches, VLANs, and network segments
• Use IXIA, Spirent, VMware, Catalyst, Nexus, XR products
• Troubleshoot Layer 1 & 2 networking issues

• Foundational networking knowledge (topologies, troubleshooting, VLANs)
• Hands-on experience with Packet Tracer & CLI
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• A motivated, self-starter who loves technology and learning
• Ability to work in a data center environment (lifting up to 50 lbs, ladder work)

• Gain hands-on experience working in state-of-the-art global labs
• Work on real-world network setups supporting enterprise clients
• Get exposure to Cisco technologies, routers, switches, and virtualization
