As a SAP Concur Consulting SME, you will provide support to Federal Government customers in a teamed environment, fielding requests and troubleshooting reported conditions. You will support report requests within the system leveraging knowledge of the Travel and Expense product and industry standards.

Master's Degree

• At least 3 years of experience in Concur Travel & Expense implementation
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in report creation in Concur Travel and Expenses including operational and analytical reports
• In-depth knowledge of Concur configuration including travel booking, expense and reporting
• Experience in Service Now ticket management helpdesk support
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust

• Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system
• Certified in Concur Expense
• In-depth knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation FTR
• Strong communication skill
