The IT Identity Governance Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and regulatory compliance requirements, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure effective identity governance policies and procedures.
How You’ll Make a Difference- Design, implement, and manage identity governance solutions to meet organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive identity governance framework that aligns with policies and regulatory requirements, including defining roles, responsibilities, and processes for managing identities and access.
- Plan and manage access reviews and certification processes across a large quantity of applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits related to identity and access management, ensuring evidence of compliance is readily available.
- Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business units to meet organizational needs and objectives.
- Generate reports and analytics on identity governance activities to identify trends and improve processes.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of identity governance controls and processes.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and policy enforcement to meet security standards and regulations.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risks associated with identity and access management.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements in identity governance.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices.
- Resolve identity governance‑related incidents and issues.
- Involve in interviewing, hiring decisions, performance evaluations, goal planning, and coaching staff.
- Treat people with respect, uphold organizational values, and promote a harassment‑free workplace.
- Adhere to EEO policies and comply with occupational safety and health standards.
Minimum 6 years of experience in identity governance, administration, IAM, or a related field.
What you’ll bring- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team directly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of IGA principles, practices, and technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, PCI‑DSS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
- Experience with IGA tools like SailPoint or Saviynt, and IAM technologies such as Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra), etc.
- Knowledge of cloud‑based identity governance solutions, security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP.
- Understanding of RBAC, SoD, and segregation of duties.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision making.

The base salary is determined through a review of education, experience, and market data in alignment with company policies.
