The Techno-Functional SME (Model

N PByF) will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business processes through technical expertise and domain knowledge. With a focus on Model N solutions the candidate will drive efficiency and compliance in pricing and rebate management. This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams to optimize Oracle SQL and Python applications ensuring seamless operations and impactful contributions to our companys goals.

• Develop and implement Model N solutions to streamline pricing and rebate management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with government pricing regulations.
• Utilize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL to optimize database performance and data retrieval.
• Apply Python programming skills to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Model N PbF Regulatory and Commercial applications.
• Lead initiatives to enhance chargeback management processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the integration of Model N solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on Model N functionalities and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with government affairs teams to support compliance and regulatory needs.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve business processes.

• Possess extensive experience in Python programming for business applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for database management.
• Have hands‑on experience with Model N PbF Regulatory and Commercial solutions.
• Exhibit strong knowledge in rebate payment administration and chargeback management.
• Show expertise in government pricing and compliance support.
• Experience in pricing support and Model N integration is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hybrid work models and ability to adapt to changing environments.
