What You’ll Do

As a Technology Manager on our Beyond Healthcare team, you will lead large‑scale digital transformation programs for global clients, bridging business strategy and technology execution. You will partner closely with client stakeholders to design, deliver, and scale technology solutions that leverage modern cloud platforms, industry systems, and emerging AI capabilities. The role requires a unique blend of industry expertise, technical depth, and leadership acumen to drive measurable impact.

  • Lead business development and account expansion in the Travel & Hospitality sector — unlocking technology‑led growth across analytics, AI, cloud modernization and experience transformation;
  • Build trusted senior‑level relationships (CIO/CTO/Chief Digital Officer/Chief Commercial Officer) to shape digital transformation agendas, platform roadmaps and new program opportunities;
  • Apply deep knowledge of Travel & Hospitality commercial systems (PMS, CRS, Revenue Management, Loyalty, Distribution) to conceptualize, shape and package differentiated solution accelerators, reusable assets and industry POVs;
  • Partner closely with ZS consulting teams to jointly drive account expansion, shape industry positioning and orchestrate pursuits;
  • Drive onshore–offshore delivery excellence across multiple engagements, ensuring proactive risk management, stakeholder alignment and consistent, high‑quality outcomes;
  • Serve as an industry SME internally, advising ZS teams on architecture patterns and travel technology trends;
  • Act as escalation path for clients, ensuring solutions are aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable commercial value.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related discipline; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution delivery or business development in Travel & Hospitality (airlines, hotels, travel tech platforms or related);
  • Demonstrated experience with Travel & Hospitality commercial platforms — including revenue management, loyalty, distribution, PMS and CRS systems;
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding senior client relationships;
  • Strong familiarity with modern data platforms, digital engineering and emerging AI/GenAI applications in the Travel & Hospitality ecosystem;
  • Experience leading multi‑geography delivery teams (onshore + offshore) for large‑scale technology programs;
  • Prior professional services experience required;
  • Strong client presence and executive communication skills;
  • Effective supervisory, coaching, and hands‑on project leadership capabilities.
  • Experience leading global, virtual teams to deliver multiple complex programs simultaneously;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — able to identify whitespace and build offerings, assets and accelerators aligned to Travel & Hospitality market needs;
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
