Position: Curam Business Analyst

Duration: 4 Months +

Skills Required:

• Experience designing within the Cúram software suite.
• Experience with problem identification and technical issue resolution.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and respond to their needs with urgency.
• Ability to independently identify and develop solutions.
• Understanding of Cúram Case Management and related business processes in Social Security organizations.
• Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases, process flows) and mapping techniques (Gap Analysis) in Curam.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with customers.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for complex procedures.
• Experience in business application consulting or development.
• Curam V6 Certification.
• Experience leading JAD sessions.
• Experience mapping requirements to standard features and functions.
