Facets Business Expert

Our client located in the Triangle area of North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) in the Health Insurance Industry is looking for a Facets Business Applications Expert. This contract will be 6-12 months. This is a technical role. We need consultants in IS with the IT broker role. Need you to understand the database structures and relationships, the functional flow of data, etc.

Regarding configuration, we are seeking both hands on experience as well as people who can talk about configuration in a more strategic manner. We are looking for someone with Facets core experience. We are looking for an onsite resource in our Durham location. The main objectives of this role:
1) to do knowledge transfer to our FTE resources who are new to the application (hence the need for experts), and
2) to help with the migration work.

Facets – Claims & Membership, workflow, HIPAA.

Additional experience:

• In addition to what we see in general ( Facets Domain exp of apps like Claims, Provider, enrollment, Sub/Member).

• Understanding of the backend tables in relation with the Front end configuration. So, strong knowledge on Facets Data model and table relationships is required.

• Trizetto Hosted Platform experience & troubleshooting the batch job issues.

• Facets production Support of EDI transactions ( 837, 834, 270/271, 276/277 and 835) and accumulators.

• Facets HIPAA Gateway Trading partner and EDI config parameter settings.

• FHG backend experience.

• Understanding and Processing of EDI transactions.

• Experience in Facets Implementation ( Legacy to Facets platform).

• Knowledge on Facets customization ( Interfaces and Extensions).
