Description
SAIC is seeking incumbents and external talent to join the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Information Technology (IT) Modernization program and support the full range of Enterprise IT services for ARL’s research mission.
These positions are contingent on award and funding. The work is to be performed at the customer sites in Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD, Adelphi, MD, and Durham, NC.
ARL’s unique research mission, highly mobile workforce, and geographical disbursement of its staff require an innovative approach in the delivery of IT services. ARL is the Army’s corporate laboratory within the Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM). It features diverse facilities and a dedicated workforce, making it the largest source of world-class research and analysis in the US Army. ARL discovers, innovates, and transitions research to provide the best technologies for Soldiers.
Focus areas include Biological and Biotechnology Sciences, Electromagnetic Spectrum Sciences, Energy Sciences, Humans in Complex Systems, Mechanical Sciences, Military Information Sciences, Network/Cyber/Computational Sciences, Photonics/Electronics/Quantum Sciences, Sciences of Extreme Materials, Terminal Effects, and Weapons Sciences. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your skills as a Windows Systems Administrator to support war fighting missions and cutting-edge R&D for the US Army.

- A Secret or Top Secret Clearance is required and will vary depending on the position.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
- Security+ certification is required for most positions.
