Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend streamlined solutions.
  • Support business cases, cost/benefit analysis, and ROI assessments.
Process Governance & Controls
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Support governance activities such as version control, approvals, and review cycles.
  • Track process performance metrics and identify areas for refinement.
  • Promote adoption of standardized processes across the organization.
  • Identify manual or repetitive tasks suitable for workflow automation, RPA, or AI/ML.
  • Assist with requirements gathering, feasibility evaluation, and testing.
  • Collaborate with IT, data teams, and business stakeholders to implement automation solutions.
  • Support pilot initiatives involving AI‑enabled process automation and decision‑support tools.
Project Coordination & Support
  • Support planning, tracking, and reporting for IT‑led special projects.
  • Prepare project documentation, presentations, and status updates.
  • Assist with change‑management activities, including communications and training materials.
  • Manage smaller initiatives independently and contribute to larger cross‑functional projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with process‑improvement techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is helpful.
  • Interest in workflow automation, RPA, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and process‑mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
