Labcorp Corporate Test Master is looking for a Test Master Analyst to join our team. This position is to increase process efficiencies by guiding work streams within the Mergers and Acquisitions scope of Test Master. Seeking a highly motivated candidate to support project planning, execution and delivery through strong data analytics, interface knowledge, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing systems, synthesizing data, and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration between systems.
• Support project planning activities, including resource allocation, scope definition and scheduling.
• Analyze project data, identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the design, implementation and testing of new systems.
• Develop and maintain reports.
• Provide technical support throughout the project.
• Routinely engage with Senior management as the point of contact for questions and concerns, escalating, and driving solutions for successful integrations.

Required Education / Certifications

• Associate degree
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in test data
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools(e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Data analytics(ability to analyze data and identify patterns and trends)
• Interface knowledge
• Hands-on technical skills(Excel, Access, other M365 tools)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's preferred
• Data analytics certifications preferred
• Verbal and communication skills
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SAS and SQL.
• Programming(writing code and developing software)

Additional Responsibilities

• Performs research and evaluation of complex projects and assignments requiring advanced knowledge and experience to identify, measure process methodologies, financial implications, and/or technical applications.
• Make recommendations to management and may initiate implementation of new protocols, methodologies, equipment, and processes.
