Role Summary

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle —from sourcing and screening to interviewing, presenting candidates, and supporting offer negotiations. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a professional, high?quality recruitment experience.

Your work will directly impact organizational growth and help advance the company’s goals for compensation, people development, and equal employment opportunity.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Source candidates through the Internet, databases, networking, referrals, and job boards
  • Evaluate applicant qualifications using consistent, structured screening methods
  • Register and maintain records of qualified professional candidates
  • Present screened candidates to hiring managers and support the selection process
  • Assist in salary negotiations and help ensure candidate and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with managers to understand job requirements and provide hiring guidance
  • Handle multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast?paced setting
  • Advance and support company strategies related to compensation, talent development, and equal employment practices
  • Provide professional and timely communication to all stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong sourcing abilities across multiple platforms
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple requisitions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-service mindset
  • Understanding of compensation structures, talent strategies, and EEO principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting technical, professional, or high-volume hiring
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • Ability to consult and influence hiring managers at all levels
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with offer processes

Pay Details: $49.75 per hour
