• Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests during check-in and check-out and while in-house; ensure end-of-day balancing is completed.
• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service and superior guest service.
• Enter/change reservation information in the PMS and process payments from guests.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and enter data into the Inn-Flow database.

• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Fosse operating system is a plus.
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Ability to handle comments and suggestions.

Must be available for 3rd shift, Monday–Sunday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
