We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of Guest Service professionals as a Night Auditor. • Schedule: Must be available 3rd shift, Monday‑Sunday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Experience: Previous hospitality experience highly desired.

Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests during the check‑in and check‑out process as well as in‑house. End‑of‑day balancing is required.

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check‑in/check‑out service.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Enter/changing reservation information on PMS.
• Process payments from guests.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and enter into Inn‑Flow database.

• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Fosse operating system a plus.
• Clean background check and reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
