Overview
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer, Healthcare.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary compliance lead for Friendly PCs and MSO activities, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations
- Help establish and manage a quality and compliance program within a concierge clinical practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compliance guidance and support training initiatives
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare compliance role
- Prior experience as a Compliance Officer or in a senior compliance role within healthcare
- Direct experience with Friendly PC structures and Managed Service Organizations (MSOs)
- Experience working with clinics, including concierge care models and Telemedicine
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks at the federal and state level
