Overview
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) PM hours. Pay: $22-$28 per hour. Job Type: Part and full-time positions. Evening hours available. Positions currently open!
About Succeed ABA:
Succeed ABA is a leading therapy provider for children with Autism. The team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. We offer a high hourly pay rate of $22-$28 per hour. We provide predominantly in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on strong communication, support, and guidance to help each therapist feel confident in their role.

- Provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
- RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
- Effective communication with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
