LICENSED LCSW​/LCMHC AND LCAS

This is a contractual role for a Fully Licensed LCSW/LCMHC and LCAS, based in Durham, NC, with the flexibility to work partially from home (hybrid model). The role involves offering individual and family therapy sessions, conducting mental health and behavioral health assessments, and implementing case management strategies. The therapist will collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans and provide support to address mental health and wellness goals.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with professional standards.

• Expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work, with comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic principles and practices
• Experience in Case Management, demonstrating the ability to coordinate and manage care plans effectively
• Proficiency in addressing Mental Health and Behavioral Health challenges through evidence-based approaches
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with full licensure as LCSW, LCMHC, and LCAS
• Capability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
