Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (Saturday optional based on patient needs)

Certified RBT Will Join

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with an active certification
. The clinic values play‑based ABA therapy in a supportive, collaborative team.

Job Requirements
  • Active RBT certification
  • RBT exam already passed
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma (GEDs not accepted)
  • Lift up to 30 lbs
  • Physical stamina: sit, stand, crouch, squat, move with young children, get on/off floor frequently, maintain active pace
  • Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, safe
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Commitment to team values; may provide coverage at sister clinic when needed
Pay
  • High School/Associate’s: $17.00 - $23.50
  • Bachelor’s: $18.25 - $25.50
  • Master’s: $19.25 - $27.00
  • First raise after RBT certification (about three weeks)
What You’ll Be Doing
  • One‑on‑one with children 18 months – 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy
  • Follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, communicate with team
  • Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, hands‑on activities
  • Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to engage children
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space
  • Part of a supportive, mission‑driven team celebrating progress and growth
