Autism Center of Excellence (Autism
COE) is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director / BCBA to support clinical leadership and team development at our Fayetteville, NC location.
Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills — while supporting families every step of the way. The Assistant Clinical Director plays a key leadership role through clinical oversight, mentorship, and ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery across settings where services are provided.
This position supports both direct clinical care and leadership responsibilities, including coaching clinicians, supporting quality initiatives, and collaborating closely with senior leadership.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
- Support ethical caseload management and quality-focused ABA programming
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans as needed
- Lead clinical consultation, case review, and treatment planning support
- Coach and mentor clinicians to promote growth and best-practice standards
- Provide caregiver training and collaboration
- Support documentation, payer, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to onboarding, training, and development of clinical staff
- Partner with leadership on quality improvement and program initiatives
- Promote a positive, mission-centered team culture
Services may be delivered across multiple settings depending on client needs.
RequirementsRequired
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Eligible for North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure
- Strong clinical expertise and professional judgment
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA
Preferred
- Minimum 3–4+ years of BCBA experience
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or program coordination experience
- Experience supporting children with autism across varying support needs
- Base salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year (experience-dependent)
