UNC Family Medicine at Southpoint is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/FNP).
Services- Adult and geriatric care
- Bone health
- Cardiac care
- Cholesterol management
- In‑office procedures
- Diabetic care and education
- Gynecological and obstetrical care
- Prenatal care
- Preventative medicine
- Sick visits
- Well‑child visits
- Asthma management
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday, Thursday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Family Medicine APP
- Licensed in North Carolina
- 2‑plus years of experience
- Completion of an accredited graduate‑level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina.
- Board certification if required by the Department.
- DEA registration.
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
- Effective leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
- Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting.
- Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
