Position Overview
The microfinance performance analysis specialist is responsible for supporting the global performance monitoring systems of the HOPE Network. This role will analyze financial and non-financial data sets and organize them in effective ways for management. The microfinance performance analysis specialist will ensure consistency of calculations and integrity of data throughout the network using industry standards. He/she will be responsible for reporting on key performance indicators and dashboards and take on a variety of ad-hoc reporting requests for financial modeling, reporting, analysis, and training for the microfinance team.
