Client Onboarding Specialist (Manufacturing)
OVERALL FUNCTIONMonarch Financial Planning Partners is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to provide support to the Director of Investment Management. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Complete, review, and ensure accuracy of paperwork for account maintenance and opening new investment accounts, variable annuities and insurance policies.
- Create proposals in ENV2 for new advisory account openings or portfolio modifications.
- Set up standing instructions and submit transfers in NetX
360. - Assist with account maintenance and updates in NetX
360 and CRM. - Keep new statements, account forms, and other investment‑related materials organized in appropriate folders.
- Send paperwork to clients, track account openings, transfers and implementation status.
- Correspond with clients and assist in money movements and servicing their accounts.
- Proactively review information received from clients prior to meeting and request missing information if needed.
- Provide rationale for transfer or rollover recommendations in consideration of taxes, fees, product comparisons, etc.
- Create materials to continually improve the financial planning process for clients.
- Ensure compliance requirements are implemented and followed.
- Experience in the financial service or insurance industry preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Windows skills required.
- Superior attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- CRM, NetX
360 and/or ENV2 experience preferred. - Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely, organized and quality manner.
- Ability to embrace change and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and continue growing in role.
- Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action as appropriate.
- Active Health and Life insurance license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
