Responsibilities- Maintain our portfolio in the investment reporting system (Clearwater) to accurately account for the company’s investments
- Reconcile Clearwater against bank custodian records and Ares investment systems each month and direct any necessary adjustments to correct issues
- Support the completion of investment schedules for financial reporting and analysis
- Perform reporting for mortgage loans and assess income results for accuracy
- Onboard new asset classes and new portfolios as needed
- BA/BS in business, finance, or related degree
- Solid technology skills including advanced Excel and Power Point
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling skills
- Collaborative approach based on the ability to listen and value others’ opinions
- MBA/CPA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Salaried, DOE
