Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
• Coordinate the monthly BOR meetings, including scheduling the meetings and preparing the PowerPoint and Excel templates.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Quarterly and monthly financial reports.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and commercial and investment opportunities.
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
• Support Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis.
• Undertake and manage special projects and other reporting needs as required.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel at an advanced level with financial modeling tools including pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, etc.; proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook at an intermediate level.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to take on new projects, problem-solve, and drive process improvement in responsible areas to ensure processes and systems are efficient and effective.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to senior management and non-financial managers.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
