About the RoleAs a Service Engineer, you will:
- Be a Troubleshooting Expert: Utilize remote diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Your expertise will lead to efficient problem‑solving and in‑depth root cause analysis.
- Drive Service Excellence: Manage the customer support experience from Jira ticket to resolution, ensuring lightning‑fast response times that meet our SLA targets. Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required to support our customer base.
- Elevate Our Products: Collaborate directly with our global Engineering and Field Service teams to share knowledge, resolve escalated issues, and build out a comprehensive, essential knowledge base.
- Go Hands‑On: Coordinate with external service partners to ensure timely field support, occasionally providing crucial onsite assistance yourself.
- Fluency in French is mandatory (written and verbal) to effectively support our French‑speaking customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems, network connectivity, and software applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers, up to 30%.
