Responsibilities- Execute processes used in the testing of Nuvotronics’ Poly Strata® technology; assist Engineering with data collection and special work requests as required.
- Process product in order of Nuvotronics’ priorities and per Work Instructions and/or Run Card.
- Manage the flow of product and priorities through the assigned process area.
- Perform basic tool upkeep and process area tasks.
- Identify, report, and document any non-conforming product, process or equipment.
- Support Nuvotronics’ product development efforts, where applicable.
- Independently test, capture, label, and organize data from production product, interpreting the existing test plans and executing the process.
- Demonstrate an ability to detect test anomalies during automated and manual testing and implement solutions or contact engineering.
- May also demonstrate an ability to process more complex, manual, development level testing procedures that may or may not have completed test plans.
- Generate test data and reports utilizing advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio, Solidworks or AutoCAD.
- Work with software and system personnel in performance of integration and testing of systems.
- Recommend modifications to specifications in association with engineering staff on research and development tasks.
- Associate or 2-year degree in science, math or engineering field recommended.
- 2+ years’ experience in microelectronics manufacturing, military technical training, or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a clean room for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and stand or walk most of a shift.
- Ability to use hand tools, test equipment, computer and hardware/software diagnostic tools.
- Good leadership, strong oral and writing communication skills.
Cubic pay range: $16.15 - $35.00 USD hourly plus benefits.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
