ALL4 is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to work in our Raleigh Office located in Durham NC
. An ALL4 Associate Managing Consultant is a client-facing ALL4 technical and project management resource. They are responsible for working internally with Project Managers to build teams and own the technical aspects of a project to ensure technical accuracy and overall technical quality of project deliverables. They are self‑motivated, coachable, growth‑oriented individuals who are interested in developing their technical and regulatory knowledge base to enable the efficient completion of air quality and multimedia projects.

- Plan, manage and execute the technical aspects of projects to produce client‑ready deliverables for project manager review.
- Coordinate the scheduling and progression of a project through ALL4's development and quality process; manage communication of progress with clients and internal stakeholders. Effectively and proactively monitor and control technical project aspects to achieve project milestones.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills combined with the ability to delegate effectively; responsible for routinely delegating technical tasks to junior staff and coordinating the completion of individual project tasks that ensure regulatory and technical correctness.
- Manage mentor and strengthen technical staff and internal project teams.
- Exhibit ALL4's core values in all transactions both internally and externally.
- Provide and facilitate direct feedback to project teams regarding product quality, timeliness and execution.
- Operate as the primary technical resource and technical liaison between technical staff, fellow project managers and senior staff.
- Coordinate with project managers the review of project deliverables and ensure project compliance with ALL4's quality assurance procedures.
- Gain hands‑on learning to strengthen technical expertise on subjects impacting clients and technical and regulatory knowledge.
- Develop and execute project management administration including but not limited to proposal writing, cost spreadsheet development, client visits and project lifecycle management.
- Prioritize actively seeking work to manage while meeting utilization goals.
- Manage projects in accordance with ALL4's Project Management expectations including proficiency with key systems and processes.
- Grow operational excellence.
- Build trust and relatedness with clients.
- Independently meet billable hour and utilization goals (87%).
- Meet and track an annual revenue‑managed goal of $100K during your first year in the role.
- From year two and beyond consistently increase annual managed revenue towards $400K.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Engineering or applicable environmental/science degree and collective experience equivalent to a minimum of 36 years of environmental regulatory compliance or other environmental consulting or industry experience.
- Familiarity with technical subjects impacting our clients; knowledgeable in environmental regulatory and/or technical disciplines.
