Position: Service Engineer (French Speaking)- US/(Durham)

ABOUT

THE ROLE

As a Service Engineer, you will:

  • Be a Troubleshooting Expert: Utilize remote diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Your expertise will lead to efficient problem-solving and in-depth root cause analysis.
  • Drive Service Excellence: Manage the customer support experience from Jira ticket to resolution, ensuring lightning-fast response times that meet our SLA targets. Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required to support our customer base.
  • Elevate Our Products: Collaborate directly with our global Engineering and Field Service teams to share knowledge, resolve escalated issues, and build out a comprehensive, essential knowledge base.
  • Go Hands-On: Coordinate with external service partners to ensure timely field support, occasionally providing crucial onsite assistance yourself.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
  • Fluency in French is mandatory (written and verbal) to effectively support our French-speaking customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 3+ years experience with troubleshooting electrical systems, network connectivity, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel as needed to support Customers, up to 30%.
