Job Summary:

This is a senior level position in application/system engineering.

• Defining analog IC and power module products.
• Developing and debugging reference circuits.
• Writing datasheets and application/design notes.
• Providing application support and technical training.

• Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define analog IC products in DC/DC converters for CPU, GPU, ASIC, and SOC.
• Work with customer and field application team to provide total power solution.
• Develop application reference circuits and system level power management.
• Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products.

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in switch‑mode power supply hardware designs.
• Prior experience on schematics and layout designs.
• Self‑motivated and can‑do attitude.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills toward customers.
• Prior experience in defining power management IC or power modules is highly preferred.
• MSEE or higher.
• 20% domestic or internal traveling.
