Overview
Triangle Grace Church in Durham, North Carolina is searching for our next Director of Youth Ministries who possesses a passion to share Christ and disciple teenagers (6th-12th grade) in order to raise up a new generation of faith-impacting, culturally and spiritual equipped, young leaders for the sake of his kingdom. We are looking for an innovative, entrepreneurial, emerging leader who enjoys connecting with youth outside of the church building as much as inside to develop significant relationships at area schools while bridging to and building a vibrant on-campus ministry at our church.
Our next Director of Youth Ministries will work in collaboration with our Director of Children’s Ministries to ensure a wholistic ministry context to allow our families to flourish within our church community.
Triangle Grace, an ECO church (Evangelical Covenant Order of Presbyterians), is located in the Research Triangle of North Carolina, one of the most exciting and growing regions within the United States. We are a “resource-rich” ministry environment with opportunities to invite college students to partner with us in our youth ministry outreach efforts as we are 5 miles from Duke University, 5 miles from the University of North Carolina, and 3 miles from North Carolina Central University.
