On-site at Alpha School locations:

You've reached the top tier in a brutally competitive arena. Maybe elite-level sports, an exceptional academic record at a premier university, a position at a highly exclusive firm, or a company you launched and grew yourself. You understand what separates simply participating from genuinely competing. Now consider channeling that drive into a classroom of K‑12 learners who've never encountered anyone with credentials like yours—someone ready to elevate them to benchmarks they never imagined reaching.

Alpha deploys AI‑driven individualized instruction, enabling students to complete their core academic work in roughly two hours daily. The remaining time is devoted to developing life skills, exploring personal interests, and fostering meaningful development. At Alpha's most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor whose personal accomplishments define what excellence looks like: someone capable of commanding attention, establishing expectations, and guiding them past obstacles like resistance, distraction, and uncertainty.

Your responsibility isn't instruction; it's coaching, challenging, and maintaining the same rigorous standard you've applied to yourself. You'll dedicate 80% of your time to direct one‑on‑one and small‑group coaching alongside life‑skills programming. The remaining 20% involves anchoring each day: delivering purposeful kickoffs that build a culture where average performance is unacceptable.

This trajectory isn't designed for climbing into management roles. It's about deepening expertise. You begin by mastering Alpha's approach and earning student trust. Within a few months, you become the person they rely on to push them beyond perceived limits. The payoff isn't career advancement. It's witnessing a student who avoided eye contact in September deliver a poised presentation to a room of adults by May.

If you've been searching for a way to leverage your elite credentials toward something beyond your personal achievements, submit your application now. If you require scripted lesson plans, a traditional classroom structure, or a trajectory toward administrative titles, this isn't the right fit.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Conducting one‑on‑one and small‑group coaching that identifies individual obstacles, establishes challenging objectives, and ensures students remain accountable for execution
  • Leading structured life‑skills programming designed for mastery rather than engagement, drawing on authentic experiences from your own high‑achievement background
  • Evaluating student progress using platforms like Test2

Pass and monitoring performance via Coachbot analytics to refine coaching approaches dynamically
  • Establishing the campus cultural standard each morning through purposeful kickoffs that communicate high‑performance expectations
  • Cultivating trusted mentoring relationships with students and their families by maintaining elevated standards, consistency, and documented motivation frameworks
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Developing lesson plans, creating curriculum, or evaluating assignments. Alpha's academic structure manages those elements independently.
  • Delivering lectures to 30‑student classrooms. Your focus is intensive coaching with individuals and small groups, not large‑format instruction.
  • Supervising other personnel or advancing through administrative ranks. This position centers on direct student outcomes, not organizational management.
  • Attending traditional faculty meetings or navigating institutional red tape. Your schedule remains concentrated on student interaction.
  • Compromising standards to achieve numerical targets. If a student reaches 99%, your role is identifying what prevented 100%.
