• Facilitating one‑hour life skills sessions with K‑2 learners, coaching them and reinforcing literacy skills introduced by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
• Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and critical thinking through consistent frameworks and supportive interactions
• Monitoring student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches with your team
• Building a classroom environment that is structured, engaging, and individualized

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of experience engaging with children ages 4–7 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
• Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of captivating and maintaining the focus of young children in groups
• Capacity to maintain high expectations for yourself and students, and motivate children to reach their objectives
• Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
