You'll lead focused, high-impact workshops rather than conventional hour-long instructional blocks. Assess the needs of K-2 learners, design original evidence-based lessons independently, and contribute to building adaptive tools that extend your expertise to hundreds of students. This position is for reading specialists who excel without rigid curricula and are ready to lead scalable literacy innovation.

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops for students aged 4-7 that build foundational competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized, motivational sessions that engage children and foster a lifelong passion for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively refine your methods and generate actionable insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI-driven literacy tools

• Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence materials

Cultivate a passion for reading in young students.

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary learners
• Expertise in assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-written curricula
• Competent with AI and adaptive learning technologies and able to respond effectively to student interactions within these platforms
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
