• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Our children are relying on you to be there to care for and educate them. Daily cleaning responsibilities help maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Exposure to common communicable illnesses carried by children.
• Physical ability to lift, see, & hear adequately to care for and engage with children.
• Spend significant time outdoors in all weather conditions & temperatures.
• Interaction with classroom pets as part of the learning environment.
• Positive, professional collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students.
• Ongoing professional development is expected to support growth and excellence.
• Adherence to regulatory requirements is required at all times.
