KIPP North Carolina Public Schools is a Charter Management Organization operating 8 public schools and serving 3,000 students across Mecklenburg, Durham, Halifax, and Northampton counties.

As Enrollment Manager, you will lead strategies that attract and retain students, streamline enrollment processes, and ensure families experience clear, supportive pathways into our schools. This role blends data-driven planning with community engagement to expand opportunity and build thriving school communities. Role OverviewThe Enrollment Manager drives full-cycle student enrollment for assigned campuses—from demand generation through application, offer/lottery, registration, and first-day attendance—ensuring each school meets budgeted seat targets, maintains clean data, and delivers a high-quality, equitable family experience.
Key Performance Indicators- Enrollment Performance:
School meets or exceeds budgeted enrollment targets by Day 20 of school, and maintains at least 98% seat utilization through Day 90. - 100% of school-based compliance documentation and audits completed on time, with no major findings and all minor findings addressed within 30 days.
- School Leader and staff report high operational satisfaction on midyear and EOY surveys.
- Operational Leadership
- Serve as the school’s senior recruitment and enrollment leader.
- Support with the DoO efforts to align daily operations with instructional goals.
- Coordinate logistics for community engagement, enrollment and recruitment events, and campus-wide initiatives.
- Student Enrollment
- Implement enrollment and re-enrollment systems to ensure 100% of available seats are filled.
- Partner with families and community stakeholders to strengthen engagement and retention.
- Student Recruitment
- Identify and plan for opportunities to participate in events around the school community throughout the school year
- Identify and develop partnerships with community-based organizations that could amplify or promote KIPP through their networks, events, and other communications
- Support the organization and hosting of events that welcome community organizations and leaders to the school community
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years in enrollment, admissions, recruitment, or community organizing; K-12 charter/public experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting numeric goals and managing pipelines/CRM.
- Strong data discipline; fluent with spreadsheets, SIS/CRM (e.g., Infinite Campus, Hub Spot), and basic reporting.
Preferred
- Experience in K–12 education, charter school operations, or business administration.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Results orientation; project management; data accuracy and follow-through.
