Our students in grades K‑2 complete their core academic work in only 2 hours daily through AI‑driven adaptive learning tools. Your role centers on coaching, not traditional instruction. You will facilitate dynamic life‑skills sessions, inspire students to reach their learning targets, and cultivate the mindset and behaviors essential for long‑term success.

- Facilitating hour‑long life‑skills sessions with students in grades K‑2, reinforcing literacy instruction delivered by Reading Specialists
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and meet their weekly academic targets
- Teaching emotional control, resilience, and critical thinking through consistent routines and supportive interactions
- Monitoring individual student development and identifying challenges early, then adapting your approach in partnership with colleagues
- Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individual connection
- Available to work full‑time and in‑person at our San Francisco, CA or Miami, FL campus
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after‑school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
- Strong narrative skills and dynamic presentation ability: capable of capturing and maintaining young children’s attention in group settings
- Commitment to maintaining high expectations for both your performance and student achievement, while motivating children to reach their objectives
- Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
