- Teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in accounting, delivering synchronous and asynchronous instruction.
- Develop classroom content, design assignments, and evaluate student performance.
- Engage learners, demonstrate leadership, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Participate in teaching and service activities aligned with the School’s mission; research is highly desirable.
- Ph.D. in Accounting or a related field from an AACSB‑accredited program (or a master’s degree with significant work experience in accounting).
- Demonstrated currency in the discipline, proficiency in oral and written communication, and experience with instructional technology.
- Ability to engage learners, demonstrate leadership, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Professional discipline certifications are desirable.
