The Department of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences at Duke University is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified pediatric otolaryngology-head and neck surgeon to lead the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology as the Division Chief. We are seeking a candidate at the rank of Associate Professor/Professor with strong credentials for academic leadership, and a vision for leading a nationally ranked division recognized for its high-quality clinical care, innovative research, and the training of future leaders in the field.

The next Chief of Pediatric OHNS will therefore shape not just subspecialty care at Duke Health, but will also have the opportunity to be part of the leadership team that launches one of the largest children’s hospitals in the United States.

The Chief will lead the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology to further expand its clinical footprint in a manner that supports the use of advanced surgical options, promotes access for all through growth and innovative delivery models, and pursues pediatric multidisciplinary care of the highest quality.
