This variable service provider position offers a base pay range of $/yr – $/yr. Hours are not guaranteed and the role is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's TB screening program. The Physician will be required to pass a TB screen.

The Physician serves as a health‑care professional capable of handling a variety of health‑related problems, focusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing moderately complex to complex clinical issues and making technical decisions regarding patient care without direct supervision.
• Keeping medical histories and records.
• Referring patients to specialists as needed.
• Contributing to the department’s strategy and influencing practice improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 or more years of clinical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty; board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Patient‑facing role within the TB screening program (TB screen required)
• Passion for contributing to continuous improvement of consumer experiences

• Scheduled weekly hours: 1 (variable)
• Pay range: $203,400 – $299,500 per year
