Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
• DEA, ACLS, MD

• Communication proficiency in English
• High‑level quantitative and qualitative reasoning ability for diagnosis of medical and clinical issues

• North Carolina Medical License
• DEA License
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
• Board certified in Family Medicine
